高齡化已成為許多國家重要的挑戰，為因應高齡人口的需求，各個國家不僅相互學習也各自建構許多新創的醫療照護與社會照顧護模式，予以回應。臺灣醫療與安養產業，近年來也透過許多模式輸出海外，對當地做出貢獻，此發展歷程之階段性總結有其必要性，以作為產業後續投入者與政策制定者之參考。
其次，互聯網已遍佈於ㄧ般日常生活中，然在醫療服務上之應用仍較其他服務業發展較為保守。然而醫療服務與互聯網之整合，其綜效仍有待探討與驗證。臺灣在此部分之發展相對保守，可藉由海外參訪，探討可以借鏡的發展模式。本課程透過以下方式進行: 1. 透過課堂研討台灣醫療與安養產業海外輸出之模式 2. 透過課堂研討互聯網醫療之應用 3. 透過實地參訪了解台灣醫療與安養產業海外輸出之現況與挑戰 4. 透過實地參訪了解互聯網醫療應用之經驗與挑戰 5. 報告與分享

Aging has become an important challenge in many countries. In response to the needs of the elderly population, countries have not only learned from each other but also constructed many novel medical and social care models to respond. Taiwan's medical and nursing industry has also exported overseas through many models in recent years, contributing to the local community. The staged summary of this development process is necessary as a reference for industry follow-up investors and policy makers. Secondly, the Internet has been spread throughout the daily life, but the application of medical services is still more conservative than other service industries. However, the overall effect of the integration of medical services and the Internet has yet to be explored and verified. Taiwan's development in this part is relatively conservative, and it is possible to explore the development model that can be borrowed by means of overseas visits. This course is conducted in the following ways: 1. Study the pattern of overseas export of Taiwan's medical and nursing industry through classrooms. 2. Discuss the application of Internet medical through the classroom. 3. Understanding the situation and challenges of Taiwan's medical and nursing industry's overseas exports through site visits. 4. Learn about the experience and challenges of the application of Internet medical through site visits. 5. Reporting and sharing.
